Welcome to Breakwater, located in Central Lake Havasu, Az. We hope you love our quiet cul-de-sac as much as we do. As you drive in you'll see that neighbors are limited put the parking is plenty. Pull in your boat, trailer or RV, enjoy the shaded parking on those hot days and unload for a fun packed adventure. The open floor plan and large kitchen give plenty of space for our guest to enjoy and relax. The primary bedroom has a large king memory foam bed and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with a twin trundle underneath if needed. Bedroom 3 has two full beds for those who enjoy the company of others and bedroom 4 has private access with a full bunk house and gaming system. If you love to be entertained enjoy some yoga, a dip in the pool, ping pong, cornhole or pickle ball. We are minutes from the launch ramp and you can ride out directly from the cul-de-sac into the trails.
