The room was very clean, and the property was very clean, and parking was easy. There was no lock on the inside of the door. There was no ice, which was kind of a bummer for what we’re looking for. I know it sounds like a small thing, but I brought several things For a special diet and I couldn’t get ice and I had to go get some. The water was just warm it wasn’t really hot so if you like hot water, this is in a place to stay.

I loved this hotel definitely will be going back.. definitely a good place to go.. you even get a small view of the boats.. Only thing is the drive way it is steep besides that the beds and room are awesome the pool is even better when it's hot out.

The room was perfect for what we needed- a place to sleep! Had a fridge, microwave, and decent sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The kind gentleman who checked us in even upgraded our room at arrival to a lake view.

Sorry, but it’s a dump. It was cheap so I gave it a go. You truly get what you pay for. It seemed clean so there’s that. The heat was on with no control so I had to blast the ac all night just to breathe.

Booked a room while I was house hunting, got called away for work and needed to cancel my reservation. They would not refund me for the time I would not be there. Basically paid 1200/ one night. I filed chargebacks but this place is a scam don’t be fooled there will be consequences for choosing this place

Ok for the money. Just needed a place to sleep when visiting for the balloon festival. Room is outdated but bed was comfy, bathroom was decent but rug in room smells, had to buy air fresheners! They don't clean between guests under the bed, if you lost your charger in room 4 reach out to me, took 1 home thinking it was mine then realized it wasn't 😆 Staff was mostly Ok but someone banged on the door to come clean it saying it was checkout time when I still had another day...

The room was cold and noisy. The bed was very uncomfortable. Ceiling tiles were falling out. There were cobwebs in the bathroom no facial tissue. Bath towels were very rough.
I would suggest that you keep on looking for another place. And I rarely leave reviews!!

Clean room and easy walk to everything. It’s a little dated but clean. Coffee in room would have been nice.

My wife and 2 daughters (ages 1 and 3) stayed here for 5 nights this summer, and we had an excellent time! The Pinebrook is located less than a quarter mile off the beaten path (aka Canada Street containing the majority of hotels, restaurants, attractions around Lake George). The motel was very clean, quiet, and cozy. The communal deck provides a view of the lake, and there's access to the beautiful brook that flows behind the back of the motel. The owner was extremely kind and helpful with getting our amenities whenever needed. My kids had a great time in the pool, and we easily walked to all the hot spots in town. Absolutely loved this cozy motel and look forward to coming back for a cozy quiet time next year!
