All the staff there are very friendly and respectful. We were allowed to check in early even though that is not their policy which was very kind of them. Initially when we arrived at the hotel we were planning on leaving our luggage there and go out, and later come back to check in however, they were nice to let us check in around 12pm.
They offer breakfast options as well at a price, however, it was better working out for us not to eat at the hotel.
Overall it is a very lovely and cozy hotel and I would book with them again even if we are not allowed to check in early!

The room is clean. Service is great! Although I just stayed over a night. It’s near tram station and easy access to the city.

The room is very good and just the right size. It is clean and hygienic, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. It is very close to the airport and convenient to travel. Recommended!

Although I did not use it for business this is well placed for the Airport (and there’s a free shuttle there and back), the city centre and CERN. Stayed in much more ‘fancy’ places and it’s not been half as clean or half as helpful staff. Will definitely use this chain again and if in Geneva that hotel.

We stayed at Geneva Airport Hotel the last night of our Germany-Switzerland trip. We were so grateful for a clean hotel and a comfortable bed. It was especially helpful to have shuttle service to the airport!

Great location just a 5 min bus/tram ride from Geneva airport. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean with luxurious tall ceilings. No free breakfast, but there is a free shuttle to and from the airport! Free shuttle timings attached below, but check with the hotel for updates!

The service attitude is good. But I can't imagine there is no tea, caffe, thernal kettle ad tissue in your room. U have to collect the water in their restaurant. It is not very convenient for a tourist.
