Do not stay here. Where do I start...oh yea, from the beginning. They advertise a restaurant in the hotel so getting in around 8pm, we figured this would be the best place to go just to save time. They're supposed to open until 10pm but when we arrived, it was closed. Apparently, the cook didn't show up that night so they had no choice...it was never open while we were there. Then needed ice...walked around the hotel to all 3 ice makers...all broken. Woke up in the morning, was going to make coffee in the room...the K cups were there but NO COFFEE MACHINE! Had to go to the front desk and they had one sent up. Got it all set up, looked through the K cups, no regular coffee. Back to the front desk to find regular K cup but they were out. He eventually found some but too late, we were gone for the day. Now the room...pillows sucked, they were just way too thin, as in thin like a sleeping on a blanket. The bathroom door wouldn't latch so we were unable to lock the door when using the bathroom. But the worst part of that frickin bathroom door was it squeaked! If anyone got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, everyone in the room woke up because of the noise. The one bright spot was their breakfast and their breakfast attendant Joe. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk to.

Honestly I’m so confused about the rating that I should give to this hotel. First I’d like to give a big sour out to Marcus (one of the managers there) he helped us with the confusion that the front desk had regarding our complimentary breakfast. We really appreciate his help. The rooms could use a renovation the key were outdated, the screen o our window was broken. The bathroom was outdated as well the sink and bathtub faucets need to be changed. The staff need lots of training, the housekeeping team had to get their manager to communicate with us as they couldn’t speak English (they only spoke spanish) The front desk lady was talking to us while eating and she had lots of partially chewed food in her mouth while talking to us which wasn’t professional and it didn’t look pleasant at all. The person who worked at the front desk at night was so unfriendly and unprofessional when we called him at 1:30am for very loud noises that were coming from above and lasted for a good two hours till around 3:30am. Even when you go for the hot breakfast buffet, the staff who’s in charge for taking your orders and room numbers was aggressive in the beginning and took our orders while he was seated with his legs crossed, we felt like students standing infront of our teacher,,, although he came to us and told us that he knew he was rude and explained that he did that as people previously complained that they should’ve been told the price of the buffet before they ate as they didn’t want to pay. I think all the staff need to lots of training. Hopefully Adam the new manager does something about it, he listened to our concerns and said that he will look into it.
