Nice hotel. Clean, big rooms. Breakfast was great, but the hotel lacked in cleanliness at the pool area as well as inside the pool. TONS of hair all around the pool room floor as well as floating in the pool. Honestly, it was disappointing to see that the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks if not months. The cake topper was the older gal (mid to late 60s/70) we encountered in the afternoon. Lady shouldn't be working in customer service. She was rude & not friendly to my child who was simply asking a question. In return she told her she has no time. Then we wanted to watch the Packer game in the social area which we were told YES the day pior & we got the game on yet the older gal puts it at a level 3 & me at 40 can barely hear the competitor's!! What a crock! Needless to say, she ruined our stay. We'll try a different hotel next time we're in town. Overall, it was not worth the $505 bill.

Perfect hotel for a WI Dells trip, if you need a clean, well maintained hotel, near everything, staffed with super nice people such as Janice… oh and free breakfast and free parking. If you’re considering the Fairfield, go ahead and book. You won’t be disappointed, this hotel does it right. Oh, and it’s a Marriott so there’s that!

We had a very enjoyable stay at LaQuinta Lake Delton/WI Dells. We experienced geat customer service. The facility was only 2 years old when we stayed, & offered a modern atmosphere. Included breakfast was tasty & complete. Facility's whirlpool was spacious & pool size suffucient. Patio offered a modern fireplace 24/7, and also a gas grill (which we did not use). Only one slup up - our room was not cleaned when we entered, so we were issued a different room. Reasonable rates for the quality, cleanliness & amenities included. We recommend this LaQuinta Inn & Suites location.

Excellent stay here as always. this is my fourth trip to the Dells and I only stay at the Comfort Inn. Rooms are modern and clean. Showers are big with heavy glass doors. Plenty of light in the bathroom and sink area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always the best around. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

We just spent the weekend at this hotel and I'm shocked that Choice Hotels even has their brand on it. Our room was beyond repair in some areas --- banged up furniture, disgusting grout in the bathroom, bathroom wallpaper that has to be over 20 years old all peeling off, a toilet that was just barely hanging on. The tv in the room is one of the tiniest things I've seen and most of the regular channels didn't even work. The beds were comfortable. Lighting in the room was minimal and our desk lamp had two burned out bulbs. We called about them, but they never showed up to fix. The room was clean if you didn't look at the corners or beyond surface areas. The outdoor pool area is great for little kids. Easy to see them, great seating areas with plenty of space and on a busy weekend it was half full at the most. Had the service in this hotel been better, I would have seen past their dingy and old rooms, but only one person we encountered even cracked a smile. Everyone else was emotionless, didn't make eye contact or stared right past. It was the strangest thing. They are charging Wisconsin Dells resort prices and not providing even a quarter of the service.

Our only complaint was that the bathrooms were extremely low to the ground. After knee surgery, my wife found it difficult to settle into the seat. Kids seemed to like it more than adults did. They couldn't find a remote that worked with our TV, so we were without TV for one night. The following morning, they replaced the TV and gave us a $25 reimbursement for one night. Absent room service. Simply place all of your used towels outside the entrance.
