Great place for families. Right on the river with options of doing so many activities inside the premises itself. You also get to see a bit of wildlife such as kangaroos and numerous different birds which is great. Would definitely want to visit again.

Had a good time with plenty to do. Kids and adults enjoyed the jumping pillow and games room and we all had a good time at the tennis courts, pool and splash park. The lady at reception was really lovely to deal with. We came across kangaroos and had a possum on our verandah. We stayed in the lagoon lodge and there was turtles and eels in the lake.

Overall it was good.

This place is better than we expected, cabin 13 on the lake beautiful views, roomie, extremely comfortable had everything thing we needed for a lovely weekend. For us just had no oven so we couldn't stay there for a week. Nice bbq we didn't need use this time but will next time. Price very reasonable van park very clean had a great looking water park plus games room also putt putt .

My family recently stayed in a wavefront cabin and were very disappointed in our stay. There were a few things that let down this park. 1. There is no where on the Ingenia website that states that you cannot use the grass area in front of the wavefront cabins. It was one of the main reasons we booked this particular park, so the kids could get outside and explore and play while we could keep an eye on them from the deck of our cabin. We were only told at check in so too late to change rooms/cabins. 2. The gas stove in our cabin was unable to be used, the igniter would just continue to flick, and the gas ring kept going out. 3. The rooms are quite sad. Multiple patch marks and holes on walls, all left unpainted. Food on curtains and broken tiles throughout the kitchen. 4. Blankets supplied on the bunk beds in the kids rooms smelt dirty, so I’m guessing not washed after every use. 5. The parking spot for our cabin was mud. A couple of the other cabins were cemented but ours wasn’t. It rained and the drainage was terrible. Couldn’t get in and out of the car without stepping in a mud puddle. 6. One lady that worked at the front desk that probably shouldn’t be in customer service. Called for a minor issue and was spoken to horribly! I didn’t bother calling for the other issues as I didn’t want to have to deal with her so instead I’m leaving this review.

This park probably has the best ammenities I have come across with a large outdoor heated pool and impressive splash park. The holiday park is located right on the lake and we had an attractive powered site adjacent to and overlooking a beautiful lagoon. We were however fairly disappointed in the cleanliness and state of the park. On arrival our site was littered with previous occupants waste which included used blood glucose test strips, we collected a small rubbish bag full of litter before disconnecting. The ammenities block did not see a cleaner for the 5 nights we stayed despite a sign on the door stating daily clean, and some parts of the park generally looked tired. We were also disappointed that the advertised pool side takeaway shop was not open for the duration of our stay, and we’re informed that it is only open on weekends and school holidays which is not disclosed on their website.

The 3 bedroom Premium Villa was great . Clean and spacious . we just had 2 couples but could fit loots more in and not be cramped . (were expecting more family ) the reception staff were friendly , efficient and helpful . I would recommend and love to stay there again for longer.

Nice peaceful location on the small lake next to Lake Conjola. Basic cabin style property with extended decking over the water. Pleasant walk around the grounds and Kangaroos freely wandering around which we liked. Saw plenty of wildlife too. No wifi at all which was a pain as we needed to confirm our next days adventures. Staff basically confirmed it never worked and no offer to help.
