The room was very dingy. When we checked in, I asked about breakfast and the pool. He said that they didn’t do breakfast anymore and the pool was closed for renovations. He said that’s why they had a sign that said “breakfast and pool closed”. But that’s all it said which made me think it was just for the day. I was pretty bummed because those are why I booked this hotel to begin with.

Very dirty room was not cleaned from the previous person cat litter in closet floor missing smoke detector air filters not clean at All in several weeks floor had lots of hair corridor‘s with trash elevators with floor full of food outside area trash everywhere, sketchy people hanging out in parking lot till morning

Misleading Very misleading. Booked through a 3rd party and that was a mistake. Front desk staff was friendly, but not very informative. Not sure of breakfast hours or check out. Normally I'm told when I check in. Room is rough. Floor dirty, accessories rusted, smoke detector missing, stains on the walls,you can visibly see there has been a large leak in the ceiling, and tables still had stains from previous guest. I'm highly disappointed but I'm going to try and make the best of it.

Should be listed as “A RUN DOWN MOTEL” I was given a room that had a bad odor in it. The A/C didn’t work, and there were 2 hangers for my clothes. I changed rooms, the A/C worked, there was only 1 hanger in this room. I had to go to the store & buy Lysol for the smell. There was no iron & the furniture was worn. Breakfast is advertised online. And they do have cooking equipment in a small room. But I was told breakfast is not available. THE REAR DOOR TO THE BUILDING WOULD NOT LOCK. I felt very unsafe at this place. THERE DEFINITELY WAS NOT ANYTHING QUALITY ABOUT THIS PLACE.

This is not a quality hotel. It is barely a motel. There is no breakfast, no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board. There was a disgusting bug crawling on my bathroom floor, there was a burn hole in the comforter, there was sneak chair ripped everywhere. They must take the word QUALITY out of the name. As far as a choice hotel. It is barely a motel. I can’t believe I was charged 80.00 for a night.

Nope for me 😞 Well I like to start off by saying I booked this hotel simply cuz it said it came with free continental breakfast. Upon arriving there was no signs that said there was no breakfast available or did the front desk let me know. Waking up the first day I ran downstairs to grab some breakfast and sure enough it was closed. Following day the same. After accidentally locking my key in my room I went to the front desk there was a bell I run it. Waited 10 minutes no one came. I rang the bell again. Waited 5 more minutes no one came. At this point I really had to use the restroom in my room. I called the hotel. The guy who answered. I let him know I was in the front desk and instead of him saying I'm on my way he said what do you want, I told him I needed a key for my room cuz I left it in there, he told me I'll be there in 15 minutes. And boy was he not lying he literally took 15 minutes to come to the front desk and give me a copy of my key. The shower was dirty. But the most craziest part was it is a non-smoking hotel yet my bed sheets were covered in burn holes
