Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and more all in a 1 mile radius. Casinos are only 3 minutes away. This cozy townhouse features 2 nice sized bedrooms, comfy beds and TV's. Master bedroom features access to airy sun room and private backyard. Smart lock allows for easy access and self check-in.
Children are welcome, but we did not list it as child friendly because there are
stairs to a loft.
The space
Cozy but spacious rooms and living area with warm colors and comfortable beds. Smart TV’s in bedrooms and living area. One bath downstairs has tub/shower combo as well as washer and dryer (laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided). Workspace located in the loft, along with another TV and Game Cube. Upstairs has a second bathroom with lots of counter space and shower.

Great townhouse close to *******
The townhouse was well lit on the outside and very clean on the inside. The space was cozy and comfortable. The bed, bed linens, and pillows were great! We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and this one had the best beds, linens, and pillows! The townhouse was well stocked, too.
The communication with the owner was excellent. My questions were answered in a timely manner and Rick reached out to check on our stay several times.
We enjoyed our time spent there and it was so close to the *******, which was our purpose for visiting Lake Charles. The pet accommodations were great too, with a fenced in backyard, which kept me from having to leash them each time going outside.
Overall, I give this place a 5-star rating. We want to stay here again when we visit Lake Charles in the future.

Clean and Comfy
We enjoyed this property. It’s close to restaurants, grocery store and *******. It has spacious rooms and was just a comfortable over all stay for an adult getaway.
