Excellent everything!!! Food great, service in all areas of casino great!! Rooms excellent!! I have not a 1 complaint about any of my visits at this casino!! I used to go to Golden Nugget however there point system is horrible and player rewards not good at all!! Lauberge appreciates your business and shows it by your rewards and points on your mychoice players card!!

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while in town for a cheer competition at Burton Coliseum. I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s centrally located with a ***** of other hotels and there are lots of places to eat and shop. Nearby is Target, Hobby Lobby, Marshall’s, and Ross. Olive Garden Walmart Panera bread and chick fil is also right across the highway. The beds were comfortable and the room felt like a suite. I had double beds and a little sitting area with a sofa and office table/chair. I could do some work while here. I loved how the toilet and shower were separate to allow others to get dressed and used toilet at the same time. Pros: centrally located to a lot of things, comfortable beds, easy check in, free breakfast, gym, pool Cons: only one person working desk at night managing front entry, phones, and housekeeping. middle table in between beds lacked an electrical outlet, the front desk market choices are expensive(10 dollars for a drink and pringles cup), and breakfast is nasty. I woke up with a few bite marks on my body both days but when I checked sheets for bed bugs I couldn’t really find anything. I even changed the sheets. So just watch for yourself

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar were great ways to start and the the days. I spent nearly two months there and will definitely stay there again.

Another Amazing stay at this wonderful Hotel. We stayed from 06/28 to 07/01 and I can only say amazing things about this Hotel. The newly renovated rooms are beautifully redone and beyond gorgeous, the staff made to feel like you are Family and the room is our home. The Front desk staff are great very accommodating. They did a perfect job making sure we were taken care of. The entire Hotel staff are all very nice and friendly and greet you with a warm smile everyday. Even the maintenance staff were very helpful to us and we saw them working in the lobby. I recommend this Hotel to anyone who comes to Lake Charles, especially if you're coming to Downtown. The rooms are super clean and Fresh, and it's right across the Lake. So thank you to all the staff who made our stay such a success🥰 we will be back.

Clean hotel. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Quiet. Safe location. Excellent friendly and professional staff service. Overall had a wonderful stay. Will recommend and stay again whenever in town. Thank you!

This was a one night stay that was booked on the fly while (with points) on a day trip to Louisiana. Checked in late afternoon and assigned a room. Grabbed a valet cart and went to our room. Room was clean and adequately furnished. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and well stocked. Biggest issue was a fire alarm that went off before 6am for no apparent reason. When we went downstairs, the front desk clerk was commenting to several people that the alarms happen all the time and that it wasn't her fault (i.e. there was no fire). When I inquired about the inconvenience it was suggested that I reach out the the manager. The manager did email me back but did not accommodate a request for a partial refund of the points I paid with. Being a platinum elite guest and for something that seemed to be a recurring issue and no attempt at really remedying the situation, I was frustrated. I might return and give them another chance when in the area but in this case, 2 strikes and you're out.

This was my first time to stay in an IHG Staybridge Suites property. I was very impressed. First let me state that I am a die hard Hilton lover and I’m not sure why I even decided to give this property a try but I am so happy I did. The property is a newer property and appears clean and maintained. My room was very large and well furnished. The kitchen was large enough and well stocked. I loved the lounging sofa and large (50+”) television screens (1 in living area, 1 in bedroom). The mattress was super comfortable. There was a little sign that said the mattress was new and was a Beautyrest by Simmons Hospitality. It was super comfortable and if I was buying for my home I’d consider the same mattress. My only complaint, and I am running into this issue more & more, is that there is not a bathtub in the suite, only a stand up shower. I don’t like the fact that my choice of bath or shower has been taken away and now I can only shower. I like a hot bath to relax at the end of the day and I didn’t have this option at this property since there was no bathtub, only a stand up shower. The bath products smelled nice and the shampoo, etc. is the communal type mounted in the shower. The fitness room was well equipped and breakfast area satisfactory. All areas of the hotel appeared to be spotless. I read the negative reviews of this property but had absolutely no problem during my stay. I will stay here again when I’m in the area.
