The look and feel of the hotel was great, but the front desk service was terrible. The lady at front desk did not show the slightest sign of a smile or warmth during our stay. Rock bottom service.

All was great, an uneventful stay, except for one odd interaction. Upon checking out, I grabbed some coffee next to the mini mart and was literally followed by the front desk lady as if I were about to steal something from the mini mart. It felt odd and a bit disrespectful.

Since the hotel is next to the freeway, it's noisy until late at night when traffic reduces (12 AM), but again around 6 AM, it gets very loud.
I asked for a quiet room but they best they could offer was a higher floor, but still didn't help much.
On the bright side, it is centrally located if you are planning to be in the south of Orlando. It's close to restaurants and the parks. The room was clean and we got a good service.
If you can't manage the constant noise of the highway traffic bring your own earplugs.

We liked this hotel. On a busy road with nothing in real walking distance but very close to attractions. All new rooms, gym, dining. Breakfast is $16 and is simple and European style. Not an economy breakfast much better. But we’d stay here again.

Clean, spacious, and a great value! Staff was extreme polite and helpful. Room was spotless, fresh. Bathroom stocked with towels and showers were HOT hot! Close to Disney! 5 stars - would love to go back!

New hotel, fast and friendly check-in service. Comfortable beds, not very comfortable pillows. The black-out curtains have side openings that allow light to enter and this really disturbed my sleep. The bathroom wasn't very clean, I had to sanitize it before using it, but this is a habit I already have regardless of anything, but I didn't expect to find it a little dirty when I arrived. Overall it is a good hotel, great location.
