The major drawing card of this hotel is its proximity to Disney Springs and the free shuttle bus to Disney parks. That alone makes this hotel good value for money. The hotel is showing its age but the room is clean and the amenities are reasonable.

The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Actually, every staff member I encountered was very friendly. The location was super convenient to Disney Springs, and they offered a complimentary shuttle to every Disney park. I did not eat there or use the pool so cannot speak to that.

I ask so many people to help me with room they talked to fast I couldn't understand them and they are Spanish and they need to speak better English, then we got up and got coffee and the man at Register doesn't know how to count change back

The location is good, 5 minutes walk to Disney Spring. The attitude of the front desk staff was average, and it felt like there were no customers at all. Of course it’s Disney! There is an endless stream of tourists every day. The room facilities are relatively old, especially the leather handles of the cabinets, which are really not what a four-star hotel should look like. Although it is a Disney hotel, there are no Disney elements except for the adverti*****t at the elevator entrance. When going to Disney, I still recommend the newly opened Suite hotels at Flamingo Crossing, which are new and convenient. It is much better than the "old, poor, expensive and small" in the park.

Hotel and convenience to Disney springs was perfect. 5 minute walk. The only downside was gentleman trying to sell us time share information when we told him we were already late for dinner reservation

Property is in a great location, just a short walk to stores, restaurants and attractions. Room was clean and quiet. Pool area is awesome.

This Wyndham property is within walking distance of Disney Springs and is a short drive from all the parks. We stayed at the resort for a sporting event at ESPN Wide World of Sports and it was a very convenient location with adequate amenities for the kids and adults. The pool area is large and the lobby has a 24hr convenience store, both which were very helpful. The lobby bar closed at 11pm which was a bit early I thought but everything in Disney seems to roll up then. The breakfast buffet was pretty good but overpriced. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and really does a very nice job in all roles. They made the stay wonderful.

Centrally located, but properly is in desperate need of a refresh. No roomservice, no take out from the restaurant for breakfast. Staff was very putoff with questions and the time share sale attempts were ridiculous when the hotel is in such bad condition. Very disappointed.
