Convenient, colourful and clean. It’s suitable for family as they provide many activities in the hotel. I am not really into the design though.

Outdoor Pool is well managed, staffs are kind and disney bus is always on schedule it was good for the price

Great hotel food courts good but a little bit dated room was clean gift shops nice pool is good lots of good photo opportunities

Even though a value resort - Disney always does things right!!

Check in is at 6 p.m. which is truly inconvenient since check out is at 11 a.m, Our room wasn't ready until after 7 p.m. Our room had a dead roach in it. On top, you need to pay for parking which is ridiculous. When you call the front desk, it takes over 10 minutes to get anyone on the phone. The rooms are small and cramped.4 of us in a room was truly tooooo much. The room wasn't cleaned while we stayed.

All star movies was great for my little girls, your fully immersed in a Disney resort with plenty to see and do. My girls especially loved the toy story building where we were staying. You can also walk to and explore all star music and all star sports

Very understaffed, and not very accommodating. Great location and the shuttle is great! Would recommend for the money! Free Magical express to and from airport is VERY convenient!

The hotel is located in a convenient location, but due to Ctrip's mistake, we were unable to use the advantage of early entry to Disneyland during our stay. Ctrip is not as professional as domestic hotels in booking foreign hotels.

Advantages 1. Free shuttle bus to Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcat, Hollywood Studios, Blazard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, and Disney Springs. Very convenient access to 4 parks, 2 water parks, and Disney Springs. 2. Early entry to the park is possible 30 minutes early. 3. Swimming pool available at the resort There are no fancy facilities like water slides, but it is spacious and comfortable, making it great for playing. disadvantage 1. Not enough places to eat There is a food court within the resort, but the menu is limited so it was not easy to eat. 2. Cleaning service was not available every day, it seems you have to request it. 3. I didn’t feel that it was very friendly, and I didn’t receive Disney-style friendly and friendly service.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and all the staff are very responsive. There are free shuttles to each park and paid airport buses at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient.

Very good service, attentive employees and ready to do anything to make my stay pleasant. Good variety in food. Very clean and well maintained hotel, both inside and out.

I really like it. The shuttle is good and I recommend the Toy Story room!!!
