Looks better in pictures. Room was very dirty. Pee stains on the floor. Microwave was really dirty. Killed at least 3 roaches. Towls that were in the room were dirty they had stains on them. Rug in room was really dirty like it needed to be vacuumed. Luckily we had our own towels & blanket to use because we felt gross to sleep on the beds.

My stay at this nice, and small motel was great! The facilities were simple, but clean. My room was small but comfortable. The towels and bed sheets were clean. I really liked the fact that the restaurants were at a walking distance from the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no transportation, but it was because there was a snow storm when I was there. The staff was friendly

The Hotel and staff were perfect for my stay. I was skiing a few days locally and this place was perfect for me. It is rustic and I like that.

I liked the location because its very close to Lake arrowhead and Big Bear, the rooms are ok but definetly recommend bringing your own kitchenware and ammenities such as soap, etc. Overrall ok for a friends trip

The bed linen was not changed on two beds, we found someone's hair in the bed and in the bath. Heating fans in two rooms did not work and are there for beauty. It was really cold during the winter time. There are damages of walls on the kitchen and rooms. We wouldn't like to come here again.

Booked a two night stay at the motel for the price. Room was extremely unsanitary. One towel was left in the room and had a big yellow stain on it. When I asked for a new towel I was told that there were no spare towels available. There was mold in the bathroom as well as many stains around the room. Because of the unsanitary room I had to leave early since I was not able to take a shower in these conditions. When I tried to get a refund I was refused one and was told that there was damage to something in the room which is false since I had only slept in the room one night and did not sleep under the sheets. Terrible service would not come here again.

The location is perfect, and we had a room with a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace...The downside was that the room was worn and tired. The heater was very noisy, and the fireplace was non-functioning. There are no hairdryers in the room or in the office. As I said, for the low price, it was acceptable.

The buidings are old with character and I couldnt help but think of how many skiers also have fallen in love with this place. I will be going back.

No desk or chair as per picture. Heat limited. Needed blanket. Tiny bathroom. Hard to find location. Provided basic needs.
