早晨考試前 叮囑過了前台 不退房 考試完畢後回來退 （前提是叮囑過了） 當我再次回來後我的水果 小薯片也罷 全都已經被收拾掉 被扔掉 大老遠去萊州考試 本就很坎坷 心想中午點外賣在十二點退房前也到不了 人生地不熟並不知道哪裡有吃飯的地方 就像墊吧墊吧直接坐車回家 沒想到的就是這種後果 等前台找客房經理過來直接就是一句（東西有沒有用。大不了再給你買一串葡萄 ）我直接懵住了 我差的不是一串葡萄 差的是你們家一點點人情味兒沒有 一句抱歉更沒有 處處在趕走客人 換句話説 如果我東西沒收起來 所有東西都要給我收拾掉嗎 ？在換句話説 假設我在房間裏 沒有任何提示 也沒有到時間 難道都要推門進去嗎 很不禮貌！很差勁！我有用的沒有用的都給我丟掉 換來的就是有沒有用 實在不行就給你買一串 怎麼 你是在可憐我嗎？我差的是一串葡萄的事情嗎 麻煩必須給我一個相應的説法！！！
