Good reviews, my family is very satisfied! During the May Day holiday, the room was tight and the room type was upgraded. The service was also very thoughtful. The handsome guy at the front desk even gave the child free sour plum soup. I will stay here again next time!

I went to Laiyang on a business trip. My colleague and I came from the airport to check in at midnight. Two female waiters at the front desk checked in. I am a woman and my colleague is a man.
1. We all made reservations in advance, and I handed my ID card to the front desk for a separate check-in after the previous ** thing was done and the room card was obtained. The front desk arranged us in a room without asking, which made us very embarrassed...
2. After checking in, the room was opposite the hospital (see picture), and there was no reminder when checking in. I called the front desk to change the room, and the front desk changed the room;
3. The water in the room was yellow (see picture), and you could smell a soil smell, so it was unusable. Because it was too late, I didn't bother to wash my face and brush my teeth with the mineral water in the room for one night;
4. The toothpaste brought by the hotel is black label. People with common sense about daily chemicals know that black label represents pure chemical ingredients, so the cost is very low. It doesn't match the positioning of this hotel. It is a chain hotel after all. The price of 300/night in Laiyang with low consumption should not be such accessories;
In summary, bad review! From service to hardware to accessories, they are all very poor! I have never stayed in such a bad hotel!
