房子在小區裏，裏面路窄，而且都亂停車，特別不好找，來回倒車找樓，天黑了也看不見樓號。終於進到房間，裏面確實有點簡陋，而且不太乾淨，從煙台過來，比這個便宜的民宿乾淨衞生的多，體驗最差的一次住宿，如果大家帶孩子來的儘量選個正規酒店吧，各種難受反正！

位置還挺好找，一住進去就催續住，衞生也垃圾，還有蟲子，服務就是有點不耐煩，本來都是第二天中午十二點退房，大清早就問你續不續住，還打電話，煩都煩死了。。。住過最差勁的民宿哈。。

千萬別去，大晚上態度特別差，還找不到地方，這住的地方和團購的還不一樣。還是硬板床，沒暖氣，空調不熱，給個取暖器你。晚上去找不到地方都。第一次住到這種地方，還不如小旅館，陽台上還掛床單啥的，提醒一下大家，入住要帶着水去，沒有礦泉水。太差，太差，特別差

#負評#對鄰近店舖，性價比，房內採光，酒店氣味，鄰近餐廳，走廊隔音失望；不喜欢，很差，脏，乱，差WIFI不好用，卧室插不住充电器，凳子是坏的，还有烟灰，床吱嘎吱嘎的，以上为我入住体验，具体情况请自行居住获得体验感

我們剛進門燈光跟**一樣自己忽閃忽閃的，空調一點用沒有！找老闆換房間不給換！沒辦法大半夜的我們衹能再出去找房子！太垃圾了！

#好評#對鄰近餐廳，鄰近店舖，梳洗用品，隔音，房間大小，防治蚊蟲措施滿意；整体很不错，交通方便，附近也有超市，餐馆等地方。住宿内环境不错，卫生干净，wifi网速也很快，老板回复消息很及时，推荐
