這次是第二次入住該酒店。上次入住沒有什麼問題。這次一共預訂了四個房間。分別在7樓和9樓。四個房間裏衹有一個房間的客人説沒有什麼特別的問題。
其他三個房間，一個水壓很弱，一個房間有異味，毛巾潮乎乎的，還有一個房間不但淋浴噴頭有問題，浴室地面的水也無法排掉，短時間就已經溢到了外面。連澡也沒能洗。衹好用洗手盆洗了洗頭髮，但是洗手盆下水也緩慢，感覺很不舒服。因為入住時間很晚，已經過了凌晨12點了，所以也懶得再折騰換房間了，大家衹能湊合著睡了一下。
以上問題在退房時都和前台做出了投訴。回覆衹是會聯繫維修。
衹能説是一次不太理想的入住體驗。

國慶節來萊西旅遊，選了豪邦大酒店住了三晚，感覺還不錯，選豪邦主要是該酒店前面就是一條河，兩岸綠化的挺好，晚上風景不錯，還有一個網紅橋——彩虹橋，後面不遠就是月湖公園，有地方溜達了，離利羣也不遠。贊一下他們的早餐，豆漿和牛奶不錯，不是摻水的。

整天住酒店，一般不點評。兄弟們，這家店一定要避雷啊。服務員耷拉着臉，顯的很疲憊很累，沒有絲毫熱情，估計是拖欠了好幾個月工資吧。房間非常不隔音。沒辦法要求換了房間。

整體衞生較差，空調一晚都不涼，衞生間洗漱台與洗浴間牆壁有明顯黴斑。早餐2號桌桌腿不平。整體入住感受較差！

房間面積比較大，酒店地理位置也不錯，但是前台服務員曲女士服務態度非常差，愛答不理的，推卸活，早餐品種比較豐富，但是品質不敢恭維，紅薯爛掉了也上來了
