It's hard to describe... The air conditioner remote control doesn't work well, it doesn't heat. The heater is not hot. I just came back to the room from outside, and I put my hands on the heater. I can only say that my hands are not cold... It's not as warm as my pockets... The wooden floor is broken and it feels dirty... The room is not soundproof, the front desk lady has a bad service attitude, and she is impatient when reporting problems... I have stayed in so many hotels, in short, four rains + one word
