酒店的服務人員都很熱情有禮，前台人員還給免費升級了華住會銀會員，房間寬大，沒有異味，有智能馬桶，不過不能沖洗。早餐很豐富，特別是葱油拌麪很好吃。周邊店面很多，購物也很方便。全季比以前要進步多了，不過還是有一些小問題，如一進門左邊的一個燈開關就不好用，馬桶後面地上有滲漏的水，用毛玻璃遮擋讓人感覺視線不好，光線也不好，通風窗開口太小，晚上房間裏還能傳來通風管道里的煙味和下水道的臭味，衹好用空調開最大風量往外吹。總體不錯，給個好評吧。

目前萊西最好的酒店，裝修現代，服務非常周到。房間裏硬件新，尤其是淋浴房水很大，洗澡舒服。電器窗簾都可語音控制。市裡其他四星的酒店都太老了，比較下來這邊好。

一踏入酒店，温馨雅緻的氛圍撲面而來。大堂布置簡約而不失格調，暖色調的燈光搭配木質裝飾，讓人瞬間放鬆。前台工作人員熱情專業，辦理入住高效，還耐心解答我的各種問題，貼心地提供周邊遊玩建議。
房間更是令人滿意。空間佈局合理，採光良好。床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質上乘，散發著宜人的香氣。房間內的設施一應俱全，且都維護得很好，高速穩定的網絡、智能的電視系統等，滿足了我工作與休閑的所有需求。
酒店的早餐也豐富多樣，從營養的穀類、新鮮的水果，到精緻的點心、美味的熱菜，每一樣都用心準備。
在這裏，我感受到了全季酒店對細節的極致追求和對住客的滿滿誠意。強烈推薦給所有出行的朋友！
