Disadvantages: Inconvenient transportation, the hotel is in a small road, there is no parking lot, you can only park in the wild; the boss is very stingy, there are only two bottles of water in each room (also for family rooms), you need to pay to buy water; there are many insects in the mountainous area.
Summary: The service and location of this hotel are not worth it in this price range

入住賞巢，房間非常乾淨，電動窗簾，智能馬桶，270度落地大窗河景，非常棒的觀景體驗。對比附近民宿，位置和房間景觀，是非常有優勢的。老闆和服務人員非常熱情周到，有求必應，儘量為房客提供便利。免費早餐豐富好吃😋，晚上樓下河邊燒烤、篝火、放煙花、孔明燈，很熱鬧。。過橋對岸就是百里峽景區，高山漂流、竹筏、快艇等各種套票酒店有減免價，想騎馬，老闆可以幫忙叫到酒店門口。周圍娛樂和餐飲消費不高。

位置不錯，房間視野非常好。但公區設計比較拉，衞生間小且不是乾濕分離，對這價位來説差點意思；服務蠻熱情，訴求反應快。另外拒馬河現在就是個大工地，建議過幾年再來

房間很乾凈，床品很舒適，室內小童滑梯，攀巖，蹦床，海洋球一應俱全，很適合大小朋友一起遊玩，大朋友的棋牌室，桌球🎱娛室內有電梯是加分項，對長者很友好，店家態度也很好，任何問題都及時解決，下次還會再來

清明期間帶長者出行散心，入住觀巢，房型很適合，房間很乾凈，設施也很人性化，智能馬桶、速熱水壺、朝南的大落地窗視野非常棒，可惜拒馬河還在清理河床，水域還不算大，山上微綠，但是風景依然不錯。民宿老闆非常熱情，服務周到，長者的需求有求必應，一次愉快的入住體驗。忘記拍照片，借店家的一用，也確實屬實。

這家民宿環境優美，背靠大山前臨拒馬河，早上打開窗簾景色着實迷人。設施非常齊全，房間的衞生也特別特別乾淨，老闆人非常熱情好客，非常細心的給我們介紹吃和玩。最主要是老闆還能給我們拿到景點的優惠票。非常好一次旅行謝謝老闆。強烈推薦。
