We spent a couple of nights here while on safari in Ol Pejeta Conservancy. I have mobility issues but they had allocated us a tent with a disabled toilet. The staff we encontered during our stay were particularly attentive. I would particularly like to mention Abigail in the restaurant who always ensured I had a high chair that I could get up from and David in reception who helped my wife several times with her ipad. The food was very good and there was a well stocked bar

Well not sure where to begin. It is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. My “tent was unbelievably large and well appointed. I wish that I could go back and just enjoy this beautiful place once again. Will be a very memorable memory haha. Loved it. 11/10 Also I must say that the staff were top draw. Have never been treated so kindly.

Just perfect! It was the perfect place for our engagement. We did a bush walk and a game drive. Simon was excellent and very knowledgeable in terms of the area and the animals. He tried his very hardest to see as much as we could. A special moment was our bush breakfast in the presence of the giraffes. The staff are unbelievable and cannot do enough for you. The food is excellent and they cater for everyone involved. Our tent was luxurious and they went above and beyond with little added touches like setting the bed up for nighttime with hot water bottles. We had the morning by the pool once we checked out waiting for pick up and it was super relaxing. An amazing little treat away from the crowds!

We had a fantastic stay at Jambo Mutara Camp. We were here in May shortly after the heavy rains and everything was beautiful with no problems. It was three of us in the family tents. The tents were spacious and luxurious. The staff is very kind, friendly and had amazing attention to detail. I had the flu and Sakina, our waitress, noticed and offered me Dawa (a hot toddy type beverage) which helped me feel better. Sakina was very attentive, anticipating our needs and offered us everything we could want. I also used the spa services and had a relaxing 60min Swedish massage with Josephine. She was professional and left me feeling like a million bucks. The best part of our stay by far was having Simon as a guide when we went on went on 3 safaris during our stay. The open safari vehicle was great on the roads and very comfortable. Simon was super knowledgeable and genuinely kind. We got to see amazing animals - tons of elephants, rhinos, and even a pride of 16 lions on our last safari. My husband got all of the photos he could ever want and we had so much fun with Simon. It exceeded our expectations.

Excellent two-night family stay at Mutara Camp. The staff were outstanding, particularly in accommodating our infant's dietary needs. Security guards were friendly and professional, adding to our peace of mind. The wildlife viewing opportunities around the camp were fantastic, making it great value for money. The natural environment enhanced our safari experience. Perfect for families seeking a comfortable safari experience with personalized service.

Fantastic time at Mutara Lodge again, second visit now. Staff were all fabulous, food was wonderful, and the tents and view are just unbeatable. Thank you for the lovely birthday touch, rose petals in the room and a very special HBD song, just fantastic!

Fantastic stay. Surrounded by animals whilst dining, swimming or chilling. The highlight is the friendly and attentive staff who really look after you. The rooms are really nice with all you need and the staff even turned down the room putting hot water bottles in the beds whilst we were eating dinner, a lovely surprise for when we turned in for the night.

Jambo Mutara Camp is a slice of heaven in the North Kenyan bush. Perfectly located for game drives in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, the rooms are gorgeous, the food spectacular and the kind and caring staff next level. Watch elephants, giraffe, buffalo and more at the watering hole during lunch or while enjoying a cocktail at sundown. Hot water bottles tucked in to your bed at turndown are a wonderful surprise I’m now addicted to. Don’t miss this spot during your safari adventures.

We had a wonderful stay, all the staff were so accommodating and friendly. They really made our stay extra special, the food was so tasty as well! Nothing could beat arriving to a view of over 20 elephants as we had a swim. We even got to see a lioness whilst eating dinner.
