無語了，凌晨剛開了房間有事，還退不了，就進門看了下就下樓。房間什麼都沒動都是原樣，我説把按金退我，不要房間了還説按金必須第二天才能退我，天菩薩，我衹要按金啊。你白賺一個房間💰都不這時候給我退按金一一一好歹我幹了1年多酒店前台，這樣的我真第一次見

十月一日訂了一晚，當時去到店裡前台説找不到訂單，那我就説那我取消吧再在現場開一間，當時我也沒注意錢有沒有退給我，然後過了一個月我查了一下我的賬單錢給我全額扣了，意思就是我住了一晚花了我兩份錢，想想我真是好無語的
