房間設施設備齊全，高樓層，環境不錯，可以看到柳州夜景。很整潔，樓下好多小吃。交通方便。酒店前台的服務非常不錯，很細心，客房阿姨也很和謁，服務周到。

離步行街比較近，走路10多分鐘就到了，這是酒店的優勢，酒店服務員感覺都是關係户一個個的沒啥笑臉，沒有服務意識，衹有前台有個年齡稍微大一點點還可以挺熱情，酒店沒有無煙房提供，隔音效果不好，凌晨4點我對面房間有個女的一直在敲對面的門，嚴重影響了我們的睡眠，最少敲了半小時，一面敲一面叫房內的人名，也不知道是不是吵架故意不開門的，當時真想沖出去叫她讓客服打電話給房內的人開門，最後忍住了，第二天起床立刻退房換了一家酒店

隔壁就是飯店 上午賓客吃酒噪音極大 持續很久 訂酒店之前不知道會安排到有噪音的房間 酒店房型頁面也沒有提示 前台也沒有提前説明 影響上午的睡眠
