跟同事一起定的大床房，到了跟我説衹有一間了，明明是我們很早就定了，為什麼會給別人了？而且沒有任何解釋，還説我們定的有一間雙床！訂單提供了也沒用。深更半夜的想想就算了……還有空調基本沒用，冷死了
