Relatively a new addition to the Falettis brand of hotels. Excellent service by the team headed up by Sabir the GM. Have stayed in lahore on numerous occasions and Sabir made this business trip easier for me. From booking hotel, airport transfer, professional staff throughout, this was a great stay. Had an executive room which was very clean and ample space . Good decor with everything you need. Sabir’s management shines through the whole team and a pleasure to stay here. I’m returning soon and do recommend the hotel , location perfect! Team thanks for your service. Falettis company should be proud!

The hotel beds are so comfortable very clean and tidy rooms their breakfast is so yummy and tasty even staff gave me complimentary coffee reception staff are so professional especially miss Khadija on reception the hotel location is very great.

It was an amazing experience! The ambiance, staff especially the one handling reception i.e Miss Khadija, Miss Rimsha and Mr.Saif are really cooperative. The food is really delicious along with the refreshments. Cleanliness is outstanding. I hope to visit soon again.

A cosy and comfortable room and ambiance. From the first interaction at the entrance till entering the room was v satisfactory. The Staff members Ramsha, Gul and Saif know the art of hospitality. Breakfast was very good and taste and presentation of the food was mouth watery. The Karak tea was good. They offer fresh brewed juice which is amazing. Definitely would choose again yo stay.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness and replenishing amenities daily.

It was very good...Loved the hospitality and the environment..food was good so was the room I would recommend every one to stay.. Moreover it was safe and privacy was looked after. Loved the stay...it was memorable for us................

The hotel is very good I feel very comfortable here their staff are really friendly ...
