Villa Lanai at the Sunset Cove Villas

Service was very bad. No one didn't know about my reservation. They tried to prove to me that my reservation was on another day, but excuse me, I have everything clearly written down on what day the check-in is! They was not aware about time for check in about contritions about transfer. I not recommend this place they are not attentive to guests

I am staying in the Seychelles unit. This is my second time here. The Seychelles unit feels very worn. The carpets have stains on them. The walls have scuff marks. The stereo systems in the walls have rust. The unit smells like sewage and mold. I had to open all the windows to feel comfortable with the air in it. The furniture in the unit feels grimy like it hasn’t been replaced for a while. The cable on the TV was turned off. The unit is poorly maintained and it feels like you are staying at a motel. The pros are that this motel is ocean front. The cons are that the unit is not worth the money charged. I filed a complaint to the manager regarding the condition of the unit and the amount charged. He was defensive and did not follow up with my concerns about the rate. Instead, he said that I should go stay at another hotel. He also said that he would paint over the rust during my stay. I told him I did not want to spend my vacation fixing a unit that should have been fixed and maintained to begin with. He also said that they charge $2300 per night for the unit so I should be happy to pay $1300 per night. His response was unsatisfactory. And it indicated to me that they have lost perspective on the client and what it means to spend your hard earned money on vacation for your family. Greed is not right — it made me wonder if that is why they are cutting corners or if they are losing interest in their property due to the poor maintenance of it. Maybe that is why they even had to cancel the cable subscription. That is why I am now writing this review, so that you can spare yourself the trouble of paying thousands of dollars to stay in a poorly maintained motel room. I attached photos to help you see the quality of the room, if you care about that sort of thing. I have stayed in other units here before and they were in better shape. I would consider staying here again but only if the price was appropriate as I do like the location and that they allow pets.

It was a great experience, we wish we could stay longer, this ocean front suit was amazing. Super clean, everything we need was here, the staff was amazing specially Julio the manager was great! Thank you very much, It was great!!!
