The entire house is yours! Heated Pool charge of $50 per day paid after reservation is made. Must be notified and paid 48 hours before check in Gas Grill must be cleaned if used. Failure to clean will result in a $250 cleaning fee You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay. If under 25 send an inquiry and exceptions can be made with a security deposit and agreeing to house rules of NO HOUSE parties No smoking of any kind indoors The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund. ! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
