everyone was great except the guy who introduced himself as "the boss" and explained that 300 euros was too much to spend to have a repairman come and fix the jacuzzi that was out of service for over a week and that even though my husband explained that the jacuzzi had been the reason for this hotel rather than an other he did not care nor apologize simply invited us to use the sauna or hammam which is wet or dry hot boxes but do not help with my back pain like the jacuzzi would have. also , no smoke detectors in rooms- no emergency exit info , a qr code to scan that doesn't work, broken glass from a picture frame in hallway;

This is a really good hotel and well worth our detour on the road south. You almost feel like being in an alpine ski resort. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and little things like the water fountain at reception were appreciated. The bedroom was very comfortable and well equipped. The indoor beautifully heated swimming pool is of a good size and great to use. Certainly this hotel punches above its weight.

A very comfortable hotel, very welcoming and kind staff, very clean premises, copious and excellent meals as well as a magnificent wellness area. I 100% recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel where everything is done to satisfy the customer. We appreciated the kindness and availability of all the staff, the swimming pool with its jacuzzi, the restaurant which offers succulent cuisine, a very clean room where nothing is missing, despite the fact that it was not very big. The breakfast buffet is perfect: there is enough choice to satisfy even the most picky eaters. However, it is not always practical to help ourselves, because there is nothing provided to place our tray on. We were sometimes embarrassed and had to go back and forth. Last problem: the poor quality of the bedding which caused us increasing back pain as our stay progressed. The mattresses should probably be changed. We will nevertheless keep pleasant memories of this establishment. Too bad about the poor quality of the bedding though.

Very warm welcome. Very clean room. Trunk too small to fit a 13" computer (but there are no thieves in Laguiole!) Television poorly placed high up in the path (I bumped into a corner...wow!) Decent breakfast. Parking very easy around the hotel.

You quickly feel at ease in a gentle atmosphere with communicative warmth - while remaining both discreet and elegant - and which allows you to exchange with ease both with "your hosts" and with a few customers who are pride themselves - and we understand them - on being unconditional, long-time regulars. In addition to an incomparable and extremely rare welcome which captivated and moved us, we readily admit that everything is perfect: refined cuisine, comfortable room, impeccable bedding and cleanliness, copious and very varied breakfast. Magnificent little hotel, pleasant staff and good advice. Our requests regarding Laguiole products received adequate responses. We were delighted with the shipment to specialist stores. Very good restaurant. Decent breakfast with lots of choice.

The staff takes great care, nothing to complain about. The swimming pool is very large and at the right temperature. No problem parking. Excellent meals. The very comfortable room is well equipped. A great experience.
