Mövenpick Hotel Ikoyi Lagos

the hotel is not as good as its price. room is quite small and shower facility not good. the breakfast is good. there are some tables and chairs to meeting customers in ground floor.

The staff were attentive and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect. The view of Ikoyi from the 6th floor wss great. They did my ironing perfectly. Check in and the check out was great. I would definitely like to stay there again and I'd recommend the hotel to my friends

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with courteous and well-trained staff. Service pricing is fair and reasonable. The venue is particularly well-suited for scheduled conference meetings, offering a conducive and professional environment for business gatherings.

Staffs are very kind and helpfull. Always ready to assist with any difficulty even when it's out of their scope!. During this holiday season the staff were soo helpful in places to visit here in Lagos especially knowing the great places for a Nigerian relaxation.

We spent a weekend in the hotel, my second visit in two years. My family and I used to visit regularly when it was the Southern Sun and we particularly enjoyed the Sunday brunch as a family and the friendly team. With the name change I was worried that some of the comforts we enjoyed would not be there (I’m not too familiar with the Movenpick brand). Well, it was such a pleasant surprise. The brunch was as good (perhaps better!) than ever and many of the same friendly staff are still there. My children were extremely happy and we felt welcomed by everyone including the GM and all of the staff from the doormen to all the restaurant staff, front desk, bar and rooms. The chocolate hour was a real treat (I’m told it’s a Movenpick thing) and we were able to go back a few times to help ourselves! The area to improve is perhaps time to refurbish the rooms and I did mention it and was told this is already happening…so look forward to coming back soon! The most important thing is the service and they still get it right. I don’t take this for granted in Lagos.

I have been going to the hotel for many years. It is great to see how the hotel is coming back to top standard now that it is under the Mövenpick flag. The service is the best in Lagos and the Sunday brunch is legendary. Keep up the good work! Johannes
