I enjoyed my stay here! The staff were great, friendly, and helpful. The hostel was quiet during my stay, although my all-female dorm was full and I truthfully had the best time with the girls I met here. The rooftop is to die for. We also had a great balcony from our dorm room which was constantly used. Out of all the hostels I have stayed at, I enjoyed their bar crawl as it remained so close to the hostel. It felt safe being able to walk 5 minutes home by myself when I felt like leaving. The free breakfast was also a plus! I would 100% stay here again!

The staff at the hostel were so helpful and friendly! Hostel is located in an excellent location, close to everything! It can get a bit noisey but that's something out of control! It was kept tidy and definitely worth a stay!

The hostel is of those Spartans, but strong Spartans. To make you understand our double room had a dark window with a black adhesive tape to make dark in the noisy night of Lagos, the common kitchen looks like that of a pro-local who doesn't invite you to use it and the furniture is dated. The room was very clean, with beds made every day and bathroom was always clean, the breakfast included in the price was plenty and varied, and the hostel's location was perfect. Strategic if you think of both the city centre and the beaches, reachable by foot. The price is really ridiculous to be in the middle of Lagos. If you are looking for comfort and luxury this place doesn't make for you. If you stay in Lagos without any pretension with the intention of enjoying 100% beaches and cities, in the essence looking for a base where to sleep, wash and breakfast, then this place is super recommended.

The location is good, about a 20-minute walk from the train station and bus terminal, and it's very close to the center. The staff are also friendly. The kitchen is a bit small and there is one bathroom for both men and women on each floor, so it's best to avoid busy times. There is a bar on the first floor that is open late, so it can be a bit noisy at night, so it may be difficult for sensitive people.

The room is rather spacious with bathroom equipped with a bidet and a small bath tub. There is AC, TV, but no fridge. There is wardrobe and safety box without a lock (not sure how it works). Rooms towards a yard have a balcony, but rooms towards the street has no balcony. The street is not really busy, but could be noisy sometimes. The walls do not have a good sound isolation, so ear plugs are recommended. The hotel has a very good roof-top terrace with chairs, sunbeds and a view. WiFi was stable and with a good speed. The staff at the reception is very friendly and speaks English. The cleaning service is also good. There is a breakfast available, but this is for an extra cost. The closest beach Praia da Batata is located 800m from the hotel. Meia Praia is in 1.5km on the other side of the river. The train station is located in 900m, the bus station is in 650 m. 1 km to the Lidl, the closest Pingo Doce is being re-innovated, another one in 1.3 km. Intermarche is in 1.3 km. The town market is just in 100m from the hotel. Excursion booths could be found along river bank and in Marina on the route to the train station. The are lots of restaurants nearby in the old town.
