Very friendly staff, clean and new simple rooms. Breakfast has everything, fresh and tasty. Not far from the Center and not so far from Beaches. I would really recommend to stay in this nice designed Hotel.

Amazing value! Breakfast was great, and the sweet rice pudding was the best I have ever tasted. Room and bathroom in excellent condition, quiet and comfortable (I am in off season tho). Staff were friendly and helpful, and info is also provided in room. Was not sure at first because it is on the top of a hill so a climb to get to from town, but still only a 10 min walk and 5 mins walk from the cliffs for spectacular sunrises. Also a large free carpark opposite.

Simple hotel on the edge of the old town. Free parking nearby. Late check in at 3pm was annoying. No pool, sun area or gym. On a road so quite noisy traffic in the morning

I know it's ridiculous to ask for any service from a 3-star hotel, but this hotel was still worse than I expected. I woke up at 3am and felt parched, so I went downstairs to ask the staff if I could buy some water or a drink, no matter how hard I explained how thirsty I was and that all the supermarkets and Uber Eats were closed at that time, the staff was just repeating "No, the bar is closed" over and over again with a very bad attitude. In the afternoon a dog was barking in the hotel for quite a long time, which prevented the guests from resting properly. Also there is no room keeping service unless you ask them to do. There were many other similar incidents during my stay and yes, none of these may have been part of the remit for this hotel, but it was evident that they were completely lacking in their ability to resolve any unexpected situations.
If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep and have no request for any service, this hotel could be an option, otherwise don't choose it unless you wanna have a awful experience in the wonderful lagos like I did!

To be honest, you expect more from a hotel that positions itself as a four-star hotel. There is no refrigerator, kettle or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is quite meager, with only hot pancakes, which you have to bake yourself. Of the two coffee machines at breakfast, one “brews” instant coffee, and when ordering a cappuccino, both dispense coffee-cocoa with milk.
Now about the advantages: all rooms have a terrace or balcony (you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine), the plumbing is in good condition, the staff is friendly and unobtrusive. Sound insulation is good, we never heard our neighbors. Room cleaning is only carried out upon request.
The location of the hotel is generally good. Outside the old town, about 10 minutes walk from Dona Ana beach, one of the most beautiful in the entire Algarve region. There is a grocery store and a couple of cafes within walking distance.

Everything was fine, the room was clean and well-equipped, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast I brought was delicious. Unfortunately, the sea view room cannot see the sea.
