O check-in é realizado às 14h, sem nenhuma flexibilidade, não há informação na recepção sobre o horário. A reserva que recebi não havia informação referente ao horário. O valor da hospedagem é incluso o café da manhã, porém é cobrado à parte ovo frito (2,50) e omelete (10,00). Em caso de perda do cartão do apartamento é cobrado uma taxa de R$ 6,00. Os recepcionistas orientam deixar o cartão na recepção ao sair do hotel para jantar ou outra atividade. Não percebi olhar voltado para o hóspede de forma humanizada. Senti falta do cuidado nos pequenos detalhes.

Hotel muito bom, possui quartos confortáveis, ótima localização, possui um ótimo restaurante, com atendimento muito bom que funciona até as 0h (para ficar excelente precisa melhorar o preço das refeições servidas no restaurante). Precisa melhorar o atendimento na recepção.

O hotel tem um quarto pequeno, porém para quem viaja a trabalho atende bem a expectativa. Cama e enxoval de excelentes qualidade. Atendimento excelente dos funcionários. Só os canais da TV a cabo que não estava funcionando bem.

Péssima experiência. Hotel sem manutenção. Quarto pequeno e no máximo honesto. Para ser justo a ducha eh muito boa, com ótima pressão. O ar condicionado muito antigo e extremamente ruidoso. Apesar do quarto ser de casal as cobertas eram de solteiro. O pior, contudo eh o restaurante tanto para jantar quanto para o café da manhã incluso na diária. O staff nem tenta compensar a má qualidade das preparações.
