O hotel não mais da rede Ibis, achei a manutenção bem fraca, bastante coisa para arrumar, nos corredores e nos quartos. Café da manhã muito bom mesmo. Um ponto bem chato é que o hotel não tem absolutamente nada para jantar, isto realmente incomoda quem chega de viagem e precisa sair para jantar

Infelizmente minha experiência não foi das melhores. Fiz a reserva antecipada para eu, minha esposa e nossa pequena pet - escolhi esse hotel por aceitar pequenos animais. Cheguei logo após as 12:00 e tentei um check- in antecipado mas a moça da recepção me explicou que o quarto que me estava destinado ainda não estava limpo mas que podia antecipar a liberação. Demos uma volta na cidade para dar um tempo e retornamos em torno das 13:00 . Nesse momento já estava na recepção, além da moça que me havia atendido, mais um senhor. Quando me dirigi à moça, aliás, muito simpática, esse senhor interrompeu num tom irritado, acho que não gostou que eu me dirigi à moça, e sempre com um tom muito ríspido foi negando todos os meus pedidos. Como tem restaurante no hotel, perguntei se não havia um local que pudéssemos almoçar na companhia do nosso pet mas a negativa veio no mesmo tom das outras respostas. A moça então nos sugeriu que fôssemos almoçar no shopping e nós saimos e não retornamos mais.

Hotel bem localizado na cidade de Lages. Serviço de quarto bom, colaboradores bem atenciosos. Preco da estadia bem coerente com a região e oque o hotel oferece. Limpo e bem conservado. Próximo de lugares para refeição, passeios, farmácias, mercados e do centro da cidade. Vale a pena.

Td lembra o Ibis. O quarto achei mais espaçoso que o normal.. td funciona muito bem. Era uma noite fria e os cobertores foram providenciais. Um cheiro de limpeza mto bom! O café é básico, com boas opções. Os recepcionistas da noite extremamente solícitos e disponíveis a ajudar.

É o Ibis com outro nome e com algumas melhorias. Os quartos são limpos e de bom tamanho. O café da manhã surpreendeu. Boa variedade de alimentos e tudo bem saboroso. Uma sugestão de melhoria seria na cobrança do "colchão extra". Meio estranho pagar 100 reais a mais numa diária de 270 por um colchão no chão. O hóspede sai se sentindo meio enganado. Talvez colocar uma cama de verdade ou oferecer como cortesia daria uma impressão muito melhor.
