The website states that there is a room with 2 double beds, but to my surprise, upon check-in, I was informed by the receptionist that there is no room with 2 double beds, only a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, but there was no accommodation available at the time. . As a result, we had to hire another room at the hotel and pay the daily rate for this room due to the confusion that was not resolved by hotel.com. We requested the daily rate for this room which had to be booked due to incorrect information on the website and no one was responsible for it.

Everything is ok and very good. Small details to correct: the tap water was very hot and impossible to regulate. The shower was great. and we didn't find the telephone number for the concierge in the room. Excellent breakfast, as is tradition. Very good service, with friendliness and cordiality.

We need to stay 2 days due to an event in the city. We went the day before so we could be rested and calm on the day of the event, but that was not what happened. The bad beds in addition to the noise of people circulating and talking throughout the night. The next day the elevator had a problem and it was scary to hear the person screaming desperately asking for help, we were on the higher floors and it was that apprehension when going up/down. Breakfast and service in general average. Unfortunately this time we didn't have a pleasant experience.

Good accommodation for those who are passing through the city and want value for money. Good location and easy access. Own garage for parking and if there is no vacancy they take and pick up in their own parking lot.

Good service, quick check in and out. Reasonable value for money.
