My wife ended up in hospital during our travels about 22 hours prior to our visit but this location would not allow a single penny in refund. Not a very kind way to operate.

Lobby smells like chlorine. Breakfast options minimal. And we had no house-keeping to give us dry towels during a 3-night stay.

Clean nice looking Hotel. Nice pool and big Jacuzzi hot tub . Found it a little weird that when I checked in they didn't ask for an ID or card for incidentals and she didn't really say more than three words.

We come back to this hotel all the time. The staff is incredible. Friendly, accommodating, and you feel like they are welcoming into their home.
There were some things that were great and some that could improve upon.
The rooms were clean for the most part. The carpets could definitely use a cleaning. But the beds were comfortable and towels, sheets, and overall room cleanliness was okay. The pool area was a bit disappointing. He sauna had no power going to it and the hot tub jets were not working. It would be nice to see some large fans though installed inside the pool area to circulate the air.
