There was no one at the desk when we arrived and no sign. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a person to come check us in. No apology, no explanation. That was disappointing given we had two very tired kids. Other than that, nice hotel, clean, and comfortable.

I don’t know if hotel was short on employees but…. My stay was for four nights and I put the do not disturb tag on door the first couple of days. When I took the sign down I expected the room to be cleaned. However I saw only one person working on the floor and I never saw her on my end of hall. Needless to say the room had not been touched that day. I put the sign back up so my room was not cleaned during my stay. Also one evening the man at the front desk was on the his cell phone with a family member for about an hour and a half straight. I was out to my car and down to get a coffee several times during this period and I observed him on the phone apparently speaking to that family member. Overall good but could definitely use improvement.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was sufficient. There were hot and cold options. The room was clean. There are blackout curtains. There is a door stop mounted to the floor in the bathroom at an odd place that could present a problem. The bed was a little squeaky but pillows were very comfortable. Location was great, near everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

I only booked the room because of the Jacuzzi tub in the photos on *******. This was untrue. We only had a little regular tub. We needed that soaking tub for my son.

The room smelled like stale cigarettes. Curtains for shade don’t close so we were woken up by the sun steaming in and could not shut it out. But the beds and pillows were so comfortable that they got a 4 star out of us. Also the shower pressure was great.

Fast check in. The front desk guy was nice and quick to check in. Room was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again!

We loved our room, which had a generous sleeping area and a comfortable sitting area. The free breakfast each morning was also a big plus. Everything was clean, convenient, very enjoyable.
