Βρέθηκα στην Ηγουμενίτσα καθώς με κάλεσαν αναπληρώτρια και έπρεπε να έρθω άμεσα για να βρω σπίτι να μείνω. Πήρα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω αν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα την επόμενη μέρα και ο υπάλληλος μου είπε ναι. Μόλις του είπα ότι διαθέτω κουπόνια κοινωνικού τουρισμού μου είπε ότι η επιπλέον χρέωση του πελάτη με το πρωινό είναι 22,5 ευρώ την ημέρα, ενώ στο σαιτ λέει 6 ευρώ την ημέρα με πρωινό!!!! Μη έχοντας άλλη επιλογή με τα κουπόνια από τα οποία ήθελα να επωφεληθώ αφού υπήρχαν, είπα ναι. Φτάσαμε στο δωμάτιο βράδυ και στη ρεσεψιον ήταν μια πολύ ευγενική κυρία η οποία παρατήρησε πως η κράτηση μας δεν υπήρχε (?) , μας είπε όμως πως υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα και μας ενημέρωσε για την χρέωση την δική μας που ήταν 6 ευρώ την ημέρα!!! της αναφέραμε την συζήτηση με τον πρωινό κύριο και μας είπε πως μάλλον κάτι καταλάβαμε λάθος ή κάπου έκανε λάθος εκείνος!! Τελικά φύγαμε μία μέρα νωρίτερα καθώς βρήκαμε άμεσα σπίτι και όταν έφτασε η ώρα να φύγουμε ο πρωινός ρεσεψιονιστ (με τον οποίο μιλήσαμε και στο τηλέφωνο από ότι κατάλαβα) μας ζήτησε χρήματα τα οποία αντιστοιχούσαν στα 22,5 την ημέρα στην συνεννόηση δηλαδή που είχε γίνει δια του τηλεφώνου. Του εξήγησα τι είχαμε πει με την κοπέλα το βράδυ της άφιξης και μας είπε, άλλη συμφωνία κάναμε στο τηλέφωνο μαζί. Του είπα πως δεν καταλαβαίνω την διαφορετική χρέωση και πως και στο σαιτ υπήρχε η χρέωση των 6 εύρω και του είπα πως θα πλήρωνα το ποσό που ήθελε αλλά θα πλήρωνα με κάρτα για να λάβω απόδειξη. Όταν του είπα για την κάρτα, μου είπε εντάξει δώστε μου τόσα χρήματα (την αντιστοιχία των 6 ευρώ δηλαδή την ημέρα) προφανώς καθόλου ευχαριστημένος και μάλιστα αρκετά ενοχλημένος. Ευτυχώς μάλλον κατάφερα να γλιτώσω 40 ευρώ τα οποία δεν ξέρω που θα κατέληγαν αν έφευγαν από εμένα.... Ωστόσο, το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και είχε πολύ όμορφη θέα! (Πλούσιο και ωραίο πρωινό επίσης.)

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel per comodità in quanto locato fronte porto ; per il resto stanza non insonorizzata e vista pessima sul retro dell'hotel . Mi permetto di fare una segnalazione alla struttura in quanto trovato telo doccia estremamente sporco ed inutilizzabile. Non lo abbiamo fatto presente in quanto ce ne siamo accorti al momento di lasciare l'hotel utilizzando entrambi l'altro telo. Al momento del check-out non è stata fornita la ricevuta del soggiorno.

La posizione è ottima sia in arrivo che in partenza con i traghetti dall'Italia: poche centinaia di metri dalla uscita del porto lungo il viale a mare e dall'avvio della autostrada che attraversa la Grecia sino alla Turchia. Tranquillo, pulito, ordinato. Ci siamo stati due volte ed entrambe le camere erano carine. Pet friendly. Colazione buona e prezzo accettabile. Nei d'intorni ci sono molti ristoranti tipici e con buoni prezzi
