Excellent hotel and staff. Room and facilities including the pool were all excellent although a fan in the room would have been welcomed. Views from room and restaurant are excellent. Great location and such a fabulous area to visit. Would love to return and highly recommend the hotel and place.

Fantastic setting, beautiful surrounding and warm welcoming atmosphere from Carola and team. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel is very close to the lift. The saunas and pool was pleasant after a long day in the slopes. Only missing an outdoor hot tub…:)

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Das Landerer is ... This was our first trip to Austria for my family of 4 -- my husband and 2 daughters (ages 10 and 12). The location is the best in Ladis ... literally right next to the gondola. We loved that there was a boot/ski room with a huge boot heat rack. The rooms were spacious and overlooked the Alps. The daily European breakfast was amazing. The pool lovely. Karola at the front desk is like a ray of sunshine. She greeted us every day and evening and answered all my questions. We had one of the best meals of our trip at the restaurant at the hotel called R35. It was a tasting menu .... absolutely delicious and creative. This was the first trip we have ever taken where we almost cried when we had to leave. Bravo Das Landerer!

Great hospitality, incredible mountain views, the whole hotel is impeccable in terms of maintenance, bedrooms super comfortable, staff really take care of the guests and a few steps form the sky lift! If I would say one thing could be a bit better, is the temperature of the pool's water, for our family it could be warmer.

Magnifique Hôtel, le must le petit déjeuner copieux sur la terrase le matin au solei, avec une vue sur les montagnes. Chambre magnifique, SDB très sympa, et une terrasse avec vue sur les sommets. Un SPA bien sympa, avec piscine, mais dommage que les horaires n'aillent pas au delà de 19h00, un peu juste quand l'on rentre de randonnée l'été. Autre point, la restauration : il n'y a qu'un restaurant gastronomique sur place .... pas cool quand on veut manger juste un petit bout.

Very friendly hostess. Very pleasant communication by mail. Very beautiful room (I had one with a stunning view). Very near to ski-lift. Very nice swimming-pool with built-in whirlpool. Restaurant somewhat incaccessible and too chique for me. I'd prefer a 'simpler' restaurant, but that's personal. In all: Very good hotel!

I was very late to book my family vacation this year and discovered Das Landerer by chance. I was unfamiliar with the area and took a chance booking and I was blown away by the entire experience. The staff was so kind and helpful (thank you, Bernadette!), the breakfast was great, our room was modern and clean and the views were breathtaking! My son loved the pool and the hotels proximity to the gondola made traveling to and from Fiss a breeze. I absolutely recommend Das Landerer to anyone looking to book a family vacation in the Ladis, Fiss, Serfaus area. We will definitely be back again!!

We spent the first week of the Christmas holidays as a family of five at "Das Landerer" and will be back next year. We had wonderful days in a very nice hotel, characterized by an excellent location, excellent food, a beautiful spa, and always friendly and attentive staff.
