Nice apartment in quiet surroundings. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The apartment is close to the ski lift, restaurants and shopping. The staff were very helpful and early check out is no problem. The house is very child-friendly.

The apartment was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. It had all the basic needs such as coffee, washing liquid etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loads of thing to do in the area, especially with kids. Our daughter didn't want to leave the apartment because of all the toys they had. Perfect stay, would love to return soon.

We had a fantastic stay in the Alpenapart Alexander. Our apartment “Morgensonne” had a fabulous view and was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed cycling and hiking during our stay and the inclusive Super Summer Card with free use of the lifts is great. The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis villages are beautiful and peaceful. We had such a great time there, we’re already looking forward to returning and we would definitely return to the Alpenapart Alexander!

Great apartment, very well maintained and quiet, even though it is on the main road. For those who are exhausted, there is also an infrared cabin. Centrally located, 3 minutes walk to the gondola, 3 to the supermarket. Great for hikers/cyclists.

Had wonderful days. Spacious apartment and nice spacious balcony. Clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there. Slept great despite the heat. Bread service super organized. Friendly hostess. Village is clear and pleasant. Gondola within walking distance

We stayed in ladis at the beginning of January for 5 days/4 nights at very short notice (booked 1 day in advance). We really liked the accommodation and the hosts and felt really comfortable, so much so that we booked a longer stay for winter 2022/2023. Absolutely recommendable for families with children!

We spent 10 days in Alpenapart Alexander and really enjoyed our vacation with the Röck family. Definitely come back. Our apartment was very well furnished and modern. In each living room/bedroom there was a TV. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary things. The bathrooms are also great. Sauna was not tried by us, but the whirlpool on the terrace belonging to the apartment was 😊. Ideal after a long hiking tour 👍. In the house itself there is a lounge with all kinds of board games, a coffee machine for hot drinks, and of course there were also cool drinks. And an ice chest. The prices for this were all customary. There is an extra "gambling" room for the kids. Foosball, billiards, slide and climbing wall... everything available. The best of course for some kids .. There are 2 TVs in the room with a Nintendo Switch and 1 PS4 connected to them. You can borrow the games for free at the reception. Ladis is a nice little place where you can get everything. Short distances to the MPreis and the cable car. Quiet and relaxing. We'll be back in 2023!
