My stay at Summit Hotel and Resorts in Lachung was a complete nigh**are. Despite charging five-star prices, the experience was barely that of a three-star hotel. The property is poorly maintained. The rooms had broken tables, malfunctioning lights, and taps that didn’t work properly. This lack of upkeep significantly detracted from the comfort and quality of the stay. To make matters worse, the food was well below expectations. Both the variety and quality of the meals were disappointing, making dining at the hotel an unpleasant experience. Overall, my experience was extremely unsatisfactory. I strongly recommend avoiding this property for your trip to Lachung. Look elsewhere for better value and a more enjoyable stay.

Great location and service squandered by maintenance issues. The location is great but there was no hot water in the room. Raising the issue to housekeeping in the late evening did not result in any help. (I presume he wasn't authorised to offer room change). Had to use Kettle. Dinner and Breakfast buffet were nice and service was reasonable. Having stayed at 2 properties of Summit group my observation is that the group is not making needed inves**ent in the properties while squeezing employees and leaving them holding the problems.

We have recently been to Summit Khangri Karpo. There are ***y good things about this hotel. Staff: Extremely courteous and eager to help in any way they can. Location: Extremely scenic (located near the Teesta river). Ask for family room if possible. The hotel is very easy to find (the drivers know this place as it's very popular) Room: Nice cozy interiors. They provide bed with warmers for very comfortable sleep. Food: Nice restaurant that serves fresh food. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

We had recently stayed at the Summit Khangri Resort at Lachung! The room given to us had one of the best views! Very hospitable and friendly staff! Mr. Pancham at the reception is very helpful. Definitely coming back to this place even if just to stay in the hotel!😅

It was a nice place to stay with a beautiful view. The staffs were also very friendly from reception to restaurant people. There were also able to help with special request of birthday cake for a celebration. Would definitely recommend to stay.

The room was small and was not as per the photo given on booking site. The worst part was that Neither the bed linen nor the towels were fresh we have used our own towel. The buffet breakfast starts at 7 30am we went at 8.00 am except for bread, oars & boiled eggs all item were missing on the displayed name plates. Butter was given on request. It took 20 minutes to serve parantha and 30 minutes to serve q egg omlellete. It took another 10 minutes to give tea bag.
