The hotel is more like a lodge unlike the 3 star rating on MakeMyTrip. It is managed by 2 young boys who try to manage everything. Had booked a big room and paid for all 3 meals. Got a tiny room initially and was later shifted to a bigger room which was luckily available. Hotel was occupied by another group of youngsters who were loud and banging doors all night. Also the windows leak sound adequately and the car honks which start as early as 5 am wake you up in the cold. Interestingly, the manager argues on the phone that hotel is 3 star with respect to stay in Lachung. The TV had no power in one room and in the other one there was no signal. One room washroom lights were not working. They charge extra for room heater. The food is very basic. I would not recommend a stay here.
