We always travel to Ischia at the end of May, this being our only holiday of the year. We have chosen this hotel as it was recommended and we liked the idea of the thermal garden in the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived at the main port on the island and were greeted by the hotel driver, who was punctual and professional. We arrived a bit earlier but our room was ready, which was great. Once there we had a tour of the facilities and everything was very clearly explained, with no 'hidden' costs. The Thermal Garden plus the inside pools and SPA facilities are stunning and a pleasure to use. The thermal treatments lady, Anna and the beautician (also called Anna!) were extremely professional and caring. The treatments very effective, all clearly explained and booked in advanced by the SPA manager, Elizabeth, also professional and very accommodating of my needs and requests. We ate in the hotel both at lunchtime in the bar within the thermal garden and for dinner. The food is delicious and plentiful, again with no hidden costs. The bar prices are very reasonable and in line with local bars. Staff there is very friendly and professional, making everything even more enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic with a great buffet with quality items, dinner has been special every time with local dishes and a great choice of starters. Everything was exquisite and the staff were excellent, noticing preferences and great at advising the best dishes to try, again with no hidden costs. There is also piano bar in the evening, with two great musicians who sing and entertain with great songs, in Italian, and other languages. Beautiful! Overall an excellent experience, we will definitively go back!

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questa splendida struttura ubicata a Lacco Ameno, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla bellissima baia Montano, una delle più belle spiagge dell'isola. Abbiamo usufruito del trattamento di mezza pensione con colazione (varia ed abbondante al buffet), cena (menu con diverse portate a scelta sia a base di pesce che di carne) e uso delle tre piscine termali di acqua salata. Staff cortese e disponibile, comodissimo parcheggio in loco, wifi gratuito e funzionante, camera (la 126) spaziosa e pulita quotidianamente con cura. Particolarmente apprezzata la serata per la notte di San Lorenzo con taglio della torta in piscina e fuochi d'artificio molto suggestivi. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza sull'isola. Particolare ringraziamento al sig. Camillo, al maitre di sala e alla signora che si è occupata della nostra camera.

We stayed in this facility the week by ferragosto horse, two adults with a one-year-old baby. Once we arrived, we appreciated the welcome at the reception where Emanuela helped us, illustrating with great gentleness all the features of the hotel, services and main attractions of the island. In general, both the reception staff and the restaurant staff have been kind, competent and tend to meet any request. The baby was also very good and was shocked by everyone, becoming the hotel's mascotte! The room was essential but comfortable, the exceptional pool, always clean, with the possibility of lunch snack on board pool, all of excellent quality. The Ferragosto Festival was organized a beautiful party, with aperitif on board pool and then dinner inside, music, dance and fun. We will certainly come back!
