Amazing experience. The staff could not have been any better. Ernesto sat up our transfers and excursions upon our request ahead of time. The grounds were beautiful. The pool Bar was fantastic and the food was excellent. Our private terrace overlooking the sea made it extra special. The staff really made you feel like family

We stayed for 5 nights and had such a wonderful time. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. The location is perfect - just a minute away from the main street in Lacco Ameno, with lots of restaurants nearby. The bus stop is right outside which is very convenient. Highly recommend the spa. The snack bar is really good as well for when you fancy something quick and simple for lunch. Would certainly love to come back again!

Amazing hotel in Lacco Ameno, close to the main streets and main shops / services. Amazing pools inside and nice rooms. The staff at the reception was very kind and available for any requests. Highly recommend if you're on a budget but still looking for a nice place in Ischia

This hotel is super well positioned, approximately 300 metres of the sea and the beach, just across the main street in Laco Ameno, and just near the bus station. The hotel has a great and big patio with large swimming pool which has terminal water at 38 degrees Celsius. Is family friendly and offers 24/7 reception. I spent 4 nights there in a business trip and I had a big double room with garden view. Super clean and had every day clean towels and the bed was made every single time. I had only breakfasts during my stay. Which was a buffet breakfast with large variety of cereals, cheese, ham, bacon, eggs, sweets such as home made cakes, juices and lemonade, as well as still and sparkling water. All waiters speak English and Italian of course as Spanish and German some of them. I totally recommend this hotel ad for a week stay in Ischia.

We stayed here last November, sadly won’t be visiting again. The warm pool was too dirty to get in as was the room it was in. Our room was dirty on arrival as well. They had a bizarre no shorts rule in the dining room which would be fine if the food/venue was nice enough to merit it, but it wasn’t.

Lovely location, quiet, peaceful, friendly staff throughout. Fantastic swimming pools and amenities local to the hotel. All the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel has excursions on the desk you can get yourself on really cheaply.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 18/08al 22/08. Strategica per posizione(fronte mare) ed al corso di Lacco Ameno, la struttura è nel complesso molto valida, tranquilla e pulita. Unica nota dolente, dopo aver pagato il conto del soggiorno ( non poco)ed aver successivamente pranzato in struttura prima della partenza, mi era stato suggerito di pagare direttamente al bar ( cosa da me fatta) ma la premura della receptionist è stata quella di chiamare in mia presenza il Personale per assicurarsi che avessi effettivamente saldato il pranzo; cosa che mi ha offeso, e non poco
