Arrived at the hotel but even before seeing the building , the beach and lido bar and the view whet the appetite. We were welcomed by Franco and after the formalities were taken to our first floor room. The view was magnificent.the room itself was modestly furnished and had a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom had a shower , bidet and hairdryer as well as a sink and toilet. The breakfast room / restaurant overlooks the sea and reminded me of an English tea room. Breakfast was a continental one with meats , cheese , tarts , croissant and boiled eggs. juice was on the table a toaster with danish style bread with jam and honey was there if you wanted. There is an evening meal which starts at 8 pm which was too late for us the menu for the evening meal is posted outside the restaurant door. Franco your host has a passion for painting and his works are all over the hotel as well as a cabinet full of his painted pottery ( very Lowryish in style). The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very at home here . Being right in the centre of this small town has it's drawbacks , if you have the seaview it's on the main road which is one way and usually busy(for a small town) and the local restaurants and shops stay open late so if you are early to bedders bring earplugs. We really enjoyed our stay here and we are hoping to come back again.

Vintage hotel throughout, rooms without minibar, but clean, small bathroom: The location is ideal both for visiting the village and for the beach which is just a few meters away. Breakfast the bare minimum, discount donuts and pies. Negative experience in the kitchen, poor quality dishes and the cook was very good at mortifying Campania cuisine!

Potenzialmente sarebbe imbattibile vista la posizione di fronte al mare. Ma gli anni passano per tutti e per questo albergo dagli anni 60 ne sono trascorsi. E’ il caso di passare la mano alle nuove generazioni che potrebbero farne un vero gioiello di Lacco Ameno. Peccato.

L'albergo è situato sul corso di lacco ameno in una posizione invidiabile, perché basta attraversare la strada e trovarsi sulla loro spiaggetta. È quindi un peccato che un albergo con una posizione così comoda e con un panorama invidiabile, sia tenuto in un tale stato di incuria. Le stanze sono vecchissime, la mia aveva una tenda rotta che pendeva da un lato ed era quindi inamovibile. Il bagno microscopico, con due mini saponcini in dotazione, in compenso gli asciugamani vengono cambiati tutti i giorni. Veramente un'aria di vecchio, di sciatto, imbarazzante. Sul cibo si dovrebbe aprire un capitolo a parte. La prima sera le linguine al pesto stavano in piedi da sole tanto erano crude, la mozzarella della caprese era diventata formaggio a pasta molle, con i camerieri eroici che passavano il tempo a scusarsi degli errori della cucina. Devo dire però che il giorno dopo il coniglio era ben cucinato. La spiaggia di fronte in compenso è ben tenuta e al loro bar si possono consumare panini veloci, frutta, insalate, ovviamente avendo l'esperienza della loro cucina non abbiamo rischiato a prendere nulla di cucinato. Qualche altra piccola annotazione di servizio: L'albergo non ha ascensore, niente frigo nelle camere, e, se proprio dovete venirci, portatevi un fornelletto per le zanzare perché vi mangiano.

Il posto del cuore, ambiente famigliare, accogliente, pulizia, servizio e cortesia eccellenti. Si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia di Corso Rizzolj, un dehor sul mare dove gustare i piatti della tradizione campana, ombrelloni e lettini a disposizione dei clienti...

Adesso dico la mia....sono qui dal 4 settembre..pochi gg..ma hai devo contraddire certe recensioni...allora verissimo che holte è parecchio datato...però pulitissimo e ci cambiano lenzuola e salviette tutti i gg..colazione..nel suo modo di essere essenziale..ha tutto dai succhi ..yogurt cereali,torte (vero conferionate) se si vuole pure salame e prosciutto...sul tavolo arrivano le brioches fresche ..fette biscottate marmellate burro Nutella...cappuccino caffe..o quello che uno preferisce...( ecco forse un po di pane fresco non guasterebbe).cena..scelta tra 3 primi 3 secondi 3 contorni...frutta sempre..cucinati bene..e porzione,per noi,abbondanti...aggiungo qualche foto

Ho soggiornato lo scorso We con 3 amiche , tutte felici della scelta . Hotel modesto senza grandi pretese, ma davvero accogliente ed in ottima posizione ! Il cibo è stato ottimo . Unica pecca sono le stanze senza frigo bar , ma il sig. Francesco ( ci ha fatto sentire completamente a nostro agio) ha dato una valida motivazione alla mancanza ! Ci torneremo

Tutto totalmente pessimo: camere orrende vecchie senza telefono e frigo, bagni antichi, ristorante pessimo, unica nota positiva la vista sul mare. Arrivati in albergo la nostra camera non era ancora pulita quindi abbiamo aspettato 30m per entrare, disfatto la borsa abbiamo pensato di farci la doccia odissea un lago di acqua via al cambio camera 🤦♀️ sperando in meglio invece ti metti in doccia acqua fredda😡 mi dice il proprietario 30m di tempo per risolvere intanto può andare alle terme a fare doccia, vado e trovo una vasca sporchissima con un tubo di gomma 😏 poi allego foto, ritorno dal proprietario dicendo guardi che non c'è doccia c'è una vasca con un tubo mi risponde signora o questo o niente😡 un gestore/proprietario che risponde così è il massimo. Passiamo al cibo, mezza pensione, a cena pasta e patate senza aria condizionata è stato sublime😁 unico tipo di pesce mangiato orata bruciata ed ho detto tutto. A colazione non funzionava il tostapane mi dice il cameriere ' signora è rotto che ci posso fare?' Tostato il pancarré in padella.Tutto veramente orrendo compreso proprietà a conduzione familiare. A mai più.

Albergo a conduzione familiare ottima accoglienza e gentilezza .Camere sempre molto pulite così come tutta la struttura che definirie vintage Se non cercate il lusso la doccia all'ultima moda ma apprezzate la sostanza è la location che fa per voi,a pochi metri dalla spiaggia con servizio lettini ombrellone .Colazione e cena adeguati e serviti con ottima organizzazione.Ci ritornerò
