In the shower I found a hat. (I attached the photo) The outside window always closed. The limited collection. There was no trash to leave the towel after the pool. Only location I liked, very quiet.

Wonderful setting in a quiet village. The sea is just around the corner with two different beaches within easy walking distance. The hotel's own thermal park is great with 6 different pools, two of them indoors. They are set in a beautiful garden with great views of Mt Epomeo. The rooms are very clean. Charming decor reminiscent of the high era of tourism in Ischia. Great food and staff. Would come back any time.

Perfect in every aspect! This is my favourite place to relax and unwind. The hotel is luxurious with classic Italian decor, very close to the town of Lacco Ameno and the 7 thermal pools are wonderful. Our room was perfect - spacious, comfortable and well equipped, plus it even had a sea view. The staff are top class! A special mention to Raffaele who made our stay extra special - he made us feel so welcome, special and well looked after. He always remembered our favourite drinks, and took a real interest - such a lovely, kind and professional man! We’re planning to return again next summer!

Great option for comfort and convenience
Lovely hotel with staff who were attentive and could not do enough to help guests. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed and small but well laid out room. Hotel was in great location in centre of town and close to sea front.

We would like to say a few words about this amazing place. To begin with, every year we come to Ischia to spend our holidays on this magical island. We stayed in many hotels throughout the years and can assure you that La Reginella is the best one so far. Located in the heart of Lacco Ameno, overlooking the mountains it is just a few steps away from the sea. The big territory with various thermal pools, cozy sunbeds ideal for a relaxing getaway as well as the inner garden bar serving chilled drinks and snacks make it a perfect place for a “dolce far niente”. The staff is extra polite and caring making you feel very welcome. Abundant breakfast is served on the terrace with a spectacular view. There is no better way to start your day! Small shops and restaurants are within easy reach on foot. We cannot express our happiness to having had the opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere of this place. It is a pity we stayed only for 1 night. Nevertheless, during this short period of stay we realized how much we wanted to come back to be able to enjoy La Reginella in full. We strongly recommend this exquisite hotel to everyone coming to Ischia. A special thank you to the staff once again for our amazing memories. See you next year! Irina & Natalia

My wife & I, plus another couple, stayed here for 4 nights in Sept'24. What a great place!!! Very-Nice staff, wonderful surrounding neighborhood, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, and multiple thermal-pools (your selection for temperatures). We will come back.....

Good but expensive.
Hotel is a little older. The room was nice and it was clean. The staff did walk into our room multiple times during our stay and sometimes without knocking. They were replacing towels and such.
The pools were beautiful however a ton of people were saving chairs but weren’t at the pools. That was a it frustrating.
Overall a good place.

Such an amazing stay for our honeymoon. We were greeted with a sweet note and bottle of Prosecco, and the staff were amazing. Pools were outstanding.
