Best Hotels near Cu Lan Village, Lac Duong District

Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

Very impressive huge nice lobby with many dining/entertainment areas. Large hotel catering mostly for seminars, conventions, weddings and other parties etc. Good selection at buffet breakfast mostly vietnamese dishes. My deluxe double quite spacious with small balcony nice view. Furniture a bit aged. Pillows and mattress very comfortable. Room cleaning needs attention. Staff a bit stressed and not engaged. For a 5 star not up to that standard in general.

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. Is this a 3 or 4 star hotel? Not really. But in terms of value for money, it can’t really be beat. Location is great, just outside of the city center and a quick 10-15 min walk to the central area, plus right down the street from the Crazy House. Things are clean, but the hotel definitely shows its age. Walls in the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, and floors are uneven. The sound also carries quite a bit - hallway and elevator noise comes straight through the door, plus thin walls between rooms. In general, this is not an issue for sleeping if you bring ear plugs, but is just something to be aware of. For me, all of the above are things to point out so you can be fully informed when booking. At the price I paid (about $15 USD per night), none of this bothered me.

What makes me feel bad on this trip to DL is definitely the service experience at New Century Hotel. It looks luxurious from the outside, but the service inside, let me note the details: 1- Checkin is 50% earlier than time, checkout 2 hours late, 50% more, not to mention the staff also told us to leave right 12 o'clock can't be out late, even though I told the car to be late, please check out late and charge. 2- Our car is only rented in the morning and left in the basement, because of late checkout without returning the car at 12 o'clock, the car rental is also charged for 1 more day, for the reason that the late return is over 12 o'clock. 3- Laundry service 70k / kg, return items for customers who are lacking. 4- SPECIAL: The day we came here, the dusty room was always dusty, we put a cleaning board and reported the reception, but when we came back unexpectedly, the housekeeping board was flipped to do not disturb mode and there was still room in the room. original i si. Was annoyed in the day, the next day, the room was cleaned through the speakers, did not sweep the floor and dust exactly the same, the cups I used did not bother to wash or change. On the last day because the room was too dirty, I asked the janitor to help, the janitor said: on checkout, I didn't clean the room. TOO BAD FOR THE SERVICE OF 1 KS WITH THE PRICE OVER 600k/night like that. I often go to DL and have never been disappointed like this time, please allow me to rate 1 * and never come back to this hotel for the second time.

The hotel is located near the center, with a strong French character from the architecture of the villas, paint colors, music, interior and exterior layout... in short, the space has a French breath. The room is spacious, new, clean, luxurious, the bathtub window has a very beautiful flower garden view. Breakfast is just enough, especially many delicious cakes. Polite and friendly staff. Feeling relaxed and comfortable when staying here. Definitely my first choice when staying in Da Lat.

Hotel is located in a good location about 10 mins walk from the main square. The hotel is old but recently renovated. I had a big room with balcony facing the road. There is much horning of big vehicles in the morning . My other friends had the rooms facing the opposite side . They hear dog barking continuously throughout the night . Breakfasts served were decent. There is a Highland cofffee place in the hotel.
