The hotel is good, far from Labuan, but you can easily pick up the taxi Maxim or Grab (15-20 MYR). The room was large and clean, with a partial sea view. The beach was not very clean and we were attacked by sandflies. I highly recommend using repellents. Since there are no restaurants near the hotel, guests have lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant only. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but there was no variety of tasty food, there were no omelettes and fried eggs. The pastries were delicious.

It's have beautiful seal view, swimming pool and place for BBQ. Suitable for family outing. Some renovation needed due to aging building.
