The airport taxi is 70k. When we went there, the hotel only provided breakfast. You can buy lunch and dinner outside and eat them in the restaurant. The environment is very good, but unfortunately there is no good sunset viewing point because there are many trees. If you bring children, you need to pay an extra 100k (even if you don't add a bed, it will cost more for an extra bed).

Nice little hotel set on top of a hill with great views. Rooms are spacious and comfy with good AC and bathrooms were huge. Not as luxurious as other places in Bajo but great value for money with very helpful and friendly owners. Biggest downside is it's a 15-20 minute uphill walk from town (hence the hilltop location) so can be annoying at the end of a long day when you want to go out for dinner.

My wife and I had a couple of days at this hotel, and we were not impressed. The view and the pool was nice, but other than that it was a disappointment. The hotel was worn down and quite isolated. The restaurant only served breakfast, so we had to walk to Labuan Bajo city to find a place to eat (we can recommend Paradise Bar or Seaesta Komodo). We played cards at the reception in the evening to make time pass, but were asked to leave at 9 pm as they closed the reception.
