Location is the best and centre of everything.
Service staffs are really nice and genuine.
Randi, Rehan, Edy, Denni, And so many other staffs are really sweet.
In-room dining takes forever!
Breakfast is nice and you have to try their local porridge: Jagong Bose.
Transportation is a huge challenge. There are no GRAB. You will have to manage with those outside cara who will drive you. Between 3-5km it is about ID 70k and it can be IDR300K beyond 8km.
Breakfast is nice
Live music is until 8pm only and on Sat., till 9pm

Room was very nice, however better soundproofing of the windows esp. of the rooms facing inward land, is necessary, as the area is very noisy and we were awakened. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and very quick service recovery when we provided feedback at check-out (our repeated requests for hand towels- missing from room- were not fulfilled). Enjoyed the wide breakfast selection and scenic refreshing space for the meal. However, infinity pool area was extremely hot and scorching in the afternoon due to direction facing, and we decided not to use the pool. Construction of some fabric awning for shade would be nice. Some common areas (e.g. breakfast floor toilet) looked a bit worn.

Great and unforgettable stay! The staff went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday with my family. Decorated bed and mirror to surprised birthday cake before I go for my city tour. Awesome stay and will come back for sure :)

We hotel so stunning, we can see the phinisi park at the harbour, the location nearby the marina, kampung ujung and the shopping area
they have infinity pool at six floor

This hotel is best in the Main Street, not far from pier and right next to the night market. I love their lobby is very chill and facing the sea. Seaview room is nice but just bear in mind there will be some noises from boat coming back late in the night. They have a spa/massage. Kids club and gym is small and I did not use them.
The local tour is organised by East Cruise, surprisingly good price compared to what you can find on the street, i,e, for reference, Red Whale asked for 1.5 million to Komodo and they asked for 1.35 million, and East Cruise has a better speedboat with Sundeck. Did not try this time as the travel desk closed at 5.
Overall recommend this if you want a little more comfort over the budget choices on the Main Street.

The view and ambience at the lobby area was exceptional! The service from all the staffs was great too. However our room was not up to par as the lobby area. There were no bath robes and ironing facilities readily in the room in which I feel are essential and expected to have in every room of a five star hotel. I guess it will only be worth to stay here if you’re staying at rooms with the sea view. The location was great though, near to eateries, convenience shop, the harbour, etc. Overall, a nice experience and I would still recommend this hotel to my family and friends but I hope the hotel will improve more on the amenities even for their “cheapest” bedroom.
