1. Nice hotel. Like new. Approximately been built within 5 years back. 2. Got android TV but not connected to local or subscribed channel. Need to have your own Netflix account. Frustrated. I give 3/5 2.Location is very subjective. Not in walking travel distance to marina area (food area & sea view) & a bit hilly. Only forest & village view. But distance to the airport is convenient. Only less than 500m to the airport with proper walkway.

I love the interior design :) the hotel is new so it's very clean and neat. The location is very near the airport. We can use online motorbike taxis to go around the area, but no online car taxis.

One of the best hotels I stayed at in Labuan Bajo. Clean, friendly staff. It's a bit far from the center and up the mountain

What I told the staff didn't get through to the other staff, and as a result, I felt bad when the other staff said something terrible to me. They threatened me with copies of their passports. All caused by staff miscommunication. There is no elevator. Hard to get to the 7th floor.

Staff is very friendly and tries to accommodate every wish. Sheets were not really clean and had stains. Other than that the room was really nice. Has no elevator even though it has quite a lot of floors

Chinese people actually cheat Chinese people. I heard that the boss is Chinese. Booked a room for three days. On the first night, they said they would cancel the room for the third day. After countless communications, the hotel must charge for the third day. 😤😤😤Nothing is worse than this one. The room pictures are absolutely beautified. It doesn't meet this standard at all. The room on the 7th floor actually has no elevator!!! You need to climb up by yourself. And there are luggage!!! It's too much of a rip-off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Half an hour walk from the commercial district. There is no taxi nearby!!!!!!!!!!!!

I confirmed with the front desk many times that there was no manta ray in this itinerary, and they all said it was, so I just I paid two 2200k, especially the man who kept urging me to leave. I was so anxious that I felt weird. Later, the outsourcing company they found reported us a project that didn’t include manta rays. At first glance, it was still a very broken wooden boat. And you can’t see dragons. There are only 3 attractions out of 4, and we were charged 2200k. Even if it was broken, I asked the crew if there were manta rays, and they said there was no such project. Later, I saw on the booking, and many foreign people did the same. I was deceived by their front desk, they had no sense of responsibility, they just wanted to steal money, sell dog meat over sheep's heads, and outsource it to external travel companies. I thought something was wrong, so I asked them to turn around and not give me a refund when I came back. They could only refund me. 350 yuan, but I was defrauded of 750 yuan, and then the outsourced travel company ran away. I hope everyone will not make fun of their own lives. I wanted to book a trip to Werebo Village at their front desk before, but I just told us There was no other fee of 3700k. Later, I called the travel company and heard that it was Chinese and immediately increased the price by 4000k. Fortunately, I didn't go, otherwise I would have been cheated again. Don't sign up for a tour there. You have to pay to get to the island. If you don't pay, you can only stay on the boat and force consumption. It's disgusting. It's best to book a day trip online, at least you'll have some protection, and you can't even call the embassy here. It's very remote and the police won't care. It's best not to come to Komodo.
